Source of Action™

A Six Week Live Intensive with Toranj Kayvon

People don’t suffer because they aren’t capable of creating the life they want.

They suffer because they can feel how much they’re capable of, yet they can’t seem to access it consistently.

They know what they want to say, but they stay quiet.

They know what they want to do, but they keep putting it off.

They can feel how much is inside them, yet their life does not fully reflect it.

I lived with that pain for years.

I could feel a massive depth and capability inside me, but I didn’t understand why I could access it in some moments and lose it in others.

Source of Action is the answer to that pain.

Shima, California

Entrepreneur

“Before this program, I had bills to pay, products I wanted to sell, and a business I genuinely cared about growing.

I knew exactly what I needed to do.

But so often I would find myself sitting on my couch, watching movies, while my to do list got longer and longer.

Today, I can call a major potential client from a Trader Joe’s parking lot without spending days or weeks overthinking and procrastinating it first.

Before, I was so focused on whether people would see me as qualified enough that I couldn’t even see my own knowledge and expertise.

Now, I can actually be present in those conversations and trust the value I bring.

Because of the Source of Action program, the same business that used to make me feel stuck and heavy now feels playful, expansive, and full of possibility.

This is the first personal development program I’ve ever done that I didn’t want to end.”

Mojgan, Germany

Educator

“I spent years trying to be the strong independent woman who could handle everything alone. I didn’t realize how exhausted I was from constantly carrying that role.

During this course, I started noticing how often I ignored my own needs, stayed in situations that didn’t feel good, and saw asking for help as weakness.

One of the biggest changes for me was finally asking for support in areas of my life where I had been struggling alone for a very long time. I even hired a lawyer and asked my ex husband for financial support for our children after avoiding it for years because a part of me believed needing help meant I was failing.

I also stopped automatically taking responsibility for everyone else, stopped over helping people, and became more honest about my own needs and limits.

For the first time in a long time, I feel more connected to myself, more accepting of myself, and less afraid to be human.

I can now rest without guilt, ask for help without shame, and catch the moments where I start abandoning myself just to stay strong or keep control.”

You know you are capable of more.

So why does your life not always reflect it?

At work

You know you are capable of more, but you keep playing small.

You know the next steps you need to take for your growth, but you keep putting them off.

You undercharge, even though you know you are worth more.

You want it badly, but you never feel ready yet.

You want to grow, but you avoid asking for the help or guidance that could take you to the next level.

In relationships

You say yes when you want to say no.

You are the one that helps everyone, but often feel alone.

You overexplain yourself and often feel like you owe people something.

You stay quiet to keep the peace, but inside, you do not feel at peace.

You are so afraid of letting people down that you betray yourself instead of asking for what you want or letting the relationship go.

You keep choosing people who cannot fully meet you.

With yourself

You know what you want, but you cannot seem to act on it consistently.

You lose confidence when you receive criticism or when something does not go as planned.

You compare yourself to other people and often feel "behind schedule".

When you see the distance between where you are and where you want to be, you do not feel excited. You feel behind, and it slows you down.

You build momentum, feel hopeful, and think, “This time I am really doing it.” Then something happens, you lose access to that version of yourself, and you want to give up.

You know you are capable of creating so much, but something keeps stopping you. And you keep thinking it is a discipline problem.

If you recognize yourself anywhere on this page, Source of Action is for you.

What We Do

Over six weeks, we work directly with the patterns that shape your decisions, relationships, work, creativity, and everyday life.

Together, we identify the meanings attached to those patterns and learn how to create a different relationship to the situations that currently trigger self doubt, overthinking, shame, avoidance, and inaction.

Because when your relationship to something changes, your behavior changes automatically.

What Participants Often Experience

• More stability and confidence in difficult conversations

• Less overthinking and second guessing

• Greater ability to take action without waiting to feel ready

• More relief and freedom around criticism, judgment, and disapproval

• Less people pleasing and self abandonment

• Greater self trust

• A deeper sense of choice, creativity, and possibility

Duration
Six consecutive Saturdays

Each session is four hours long, for a total of 24 hours of live teaching, guided practice, feedback, and direct work with me.

A small group. On purpose.

The Source of Action Intensive is limited to six participants.

I keep the group small so I can work directly with each person. We work with your real patterns, decisions, relationships, and goals—not general examples that may or may not apply to your life.

You will receive direct feedback as we uncover the subtle ways your thinking creates a sense of threat and takes you away from capabilities you already have.

You will also learn from watching me work with the other people in the room.

This is one of the most powerful parts of a small group. Someone else may bring in a completely different situation, yet you recognize your own pattern inside it. You hear a question you did not know you needed. You see something clearly in another person before realizing you have been doing the same thing.

We get to grow through our own work and through each other’s.

This cohort is limited to six women. If you are a man please email to join the waitlist for the men's cohort: [email protected] (Subject line: Men's Waitlist)

An Invitation

A life shaped by choice requires more than information.

More than understanding.

More than knowing what to do.

It requires changing your relationship to the things that currently hijack your nervous system and pull you out of choice.

If this work resonates with you, I would love to have you join us.

"I already know what to do. I just need to do it."

This is one of the biggest misconceptions I see.

My clients are highly intelligent people. Many have spent years working on themselves.

The problem is rarely a lack of knowledge.

They know what to do.

They know what they want.

They know what they're capable of.

Yet they still can't consistently do the things they know they're capable of doing.

Most people assume they need more discipline.

But that is not the full story.

Here's what I've repeatedly seen:

Every time we move towards something we want, something else can begin to feel at risk.

Speaking up may feel like risking rejection or judgement.

Asking for more may feel like disappointing someone or losing what you already have.

Setting a boundary may feel like losing a relationship you want to keep.

Applying for the job may feel like being exposed as not being good enough.

Starting the business may feel like failing publicly or looking like a beginner.

Putting yourself out there may feel like being judged as something you are not.

Do you see the pattern?

When something important feels at risk, your body does exactly what it was designed to do.

It protects you.

Sometimes that protection looks like procrastination.

Sometimes it looks like overthinking.

Sometimes it looks like staying quiet.

Sometimes it looks like over-explaining.

Sometimes it looks like people pleasing.

Sometimes it looks like perfectionism.

These are not character flaws.

These are not a lack of discipline.

These do not go away by pushing harder or learning more.

They are intelligent attempts at protecting you against something that feels like a threat.

Ironically this intelligence costs you the life you want, until it is reprogrammed.

That changes everything, doesn't it?

The same part of you that's trying to protect you from pain can also keep you from creating the life you want.

It would rather you make less money than risk failure.

It would rather you stay in the relationship than risk rejection.

It would rather you keep scrolling than risk looking inexperienced.

It would rather you stay quiet than risk saying the wrong thing.

Not because it wants to keep you small.

Because it believes it's keeping you safe.

Do you see it now?

If you were in the jungle, face to face with a lion, would you get hungry?

Would you start thinking about how creative you could be with tonight’s dinner?

No.

Your body would organize itself around one thing: protecting you.

When your body detects a threat, even when there is no lion, it can respond in a very similar way. The more energy that goes into protection, the less access you have to creation.

The people you see doing the things you wish you were doing are not necessarily more capable than you.

Their bodies may simply not be detecting a lion in the places where yours is.

That is not because you are less intelligent.

It is not because you are less capable.

It is not because you do not want it badly enough.

And it is not because you have not tried hard enough.

There is an unconscious association creating a sense of threat, and that relationship can be changed.

This is what we do inside the Source of Action Intensive.

We help you clearly understand the underlying associations and subtle ways of thinking that are creating that threat. Then we change your relationship to them.

When your body no longer experiences that situation as something it needs to protect you from, it becomes more available for creation.

You have greater access to yourself.

To your intelligence.

To your talent.

To your ability to learn.

To your ability to solve problems.

And to your ability to move towards the things you want to do, build, and create.

As that relationship changes, you may start noticing yourself acting more consistently.

You become curious instead of cautious.

You speak instead of walking on eggshells.

You ask for more instead of playing small.

You ask the question instead of pretending you already know.

You apply for the job instead of waiting until you feel completely ready.

You begin the business instead of freezing because you cannot do it perfectly yet.

You ask for help instead of making your life harder just to prove you can do everything alone.

You say what you mean instead of spending hours trying to make sure no one can misunderstand you.

Your energy begins moving towards the life you want to create instead of away from the threat your body is trying to escape.

You see it now, don’t you? :)

I know you do.

"I should be able to do this on my own."

This is another misconception I see all the time.

Highly capable people often believe they should be able to figure this out by themselves.

They think,

"If I just read one more book..."

"If I just listen to one more podcast..."

"If I just become more disciplined..."

"If I just try harder..."

But think about the best athletes in the world.

Olympic champions already know how to play their sport.

They've already proven they're capable.

They've already developed extraordinary skill.

Yet every single one of them still has a coach.

Why?

Because no matter how talented you are, there are things you cannot see while you're the one performing.

A coach sees the tiny movement that's costing you speed.

The habit that's costing you consistency.

The blind spot that's quietly limiting your potential.

Do you see it?

Self-mastery works the same way.

Most of us are trying to change the very thinking that's creating the problem... using the same thinking that's creating the problem.

That's hard to do.

Not because you're incapable.

Because it's difficult to see your own patterns while you're inside them.

This is why Source of Action is live.

You don't come to me because I have a better life than you.

You don't come to me because I know you better than you know yourself.

You come because I can see the patterns that are invisible from the inside.

I can hear the sentence you didn't even notice you said.

I can catch the assumption you've treated as fact for twenty years.

I can point out the subtle way you're turning something meaningful into something your body feels it has to protect you from.

This is the part I love.

Once you see the pattern, you can't unsee it.

And once you begin changing your relationship to it, your body begins responding differently.

Not because someone told you to think positively.

Because what once felt risky no longer carries the same threat.

That's why we work together.

Not so I can give you answers.

So I can help you see what has been quietly getting in your way all along.

My goal isn't for you to need me forever.

My goal is to teach you a way of seeing yourself that you'll continue using long after these six weeks are over.

"Maybe I'm different."

This is the third misconception I see.

People quietly assume that other people have something they don't.

More confidence.

More discipline.

More courage.

More certainty.

An ability to just... do the thing.

So they come to a painful conclusion.

"Maybe I'm just different."

I don't believe that's true.

Think about any area of mastery.

No one is born an Olympic champion.

No one is born a great leader.

No one is born knowing how to navigate rejection, uncertainty, criticism, or failure.

These are skills.

And like every meaningful skill, they are developed.

Through practice.

Through feedback.

Through guidance.

Through repetition.

Somehow we've convinced ourselves that self-mastery should be the one skill we never have to learn.

Then we judge ourselves when we haven't mastered it.

Look at that.

The problem isn't that you're different.

The problem is that self mastery is a skill like any other that needs to be learned.

That's exactly what we do inside Source of Action.

Over six weeks, I'll help you recognize those patterns in real time.

You'll learn to see the subtle ways your thinking turns possibility into threat.

You'll practise changing your relationship to those moments while someone is there to guide you.

Because my goal is for you to leave knowing how to do this for yourself.

To have a process you can return to whenever life challenges you again.

Because self-mastery isn't something you're born with.

It's something you practise.

And once you know how to practise it, you'll never look at yourself the same way again.
