Why knowledge alone doesn’t create change
Our brains make the things we repeat automatic.
Just like driving to a place you’ve been many times before, you can be fully immersed in a conversation or thinking about something else, and your body will still take you there without you consciously noticing every turn.
Many of our emotional and behavioral patterns work the same way.
The reactions you repeat over and over again eventually become automatic.
That’s why you can know exactly what to do, and still not do it.
But these patterns are not only built through repetition.
Underneath them is meaning.
For example, who you believed you had to be and what you had to do in order to receive love, approval, safety, or connection.
For some people, that became:
being perfect
being needed
being strong
staying quiet
not disappointing others
not asking for too much
At one point, these patterns may have helped you feel safe.
But now they may be the very things holding you back.
These patterns are learned. Which means they can also be changed.

What this program does differently
These patterns often run below conscious awareness.
This program helps you become aware of the first signs, the first cues, of these behaviors while they are happening in real time.
Because these cues happen quickly and often below conscious awareness, most people only notice the pattern after it has already happened.
You will also learn to recognize the meaning your system has automatically attached to different situations and experiences.
Inside this intensive, you are given a clear protocol to help you:
• recognize the cues
• understand the meaning underneath them
• interrupt the habitual response
• and shift your response in real time
As meaning and behavior begin to change in real time, your patterns begin to update to behaviors that honor you instead.
And over time, you start to look back and realize how differently you respond, feel, move through life, and relate to yourself compared to before.

Program Details
• 6 week program starting June 20th (for 6 Saturdays in a row)
• Each session is 3 hours
• Limited to 6 women
• Saturdays from 10am–1pm Pacific Time (PT) / 7pm–10pm Central European Summer Time (CEST)
• Live on Zoom
• Language: English
• Small, interactive, and deeply focused container
• You will be supported both 1 on 1 and collectively by Toranj Kayvon
• Replays will be available for 60 days from the program start date

Application Process
This program is application based in order to keep the group intimate, aligned, and deeply focused.
After filling out the application, invitations for a free private pattern reading call will be sent out to those who feel aligned for the work. During this call, we will explore your patterns, goals, and whether this work feels aligned for you.
This call is also a space for you to ask questions, experience the work directly, and decide whether this program feels like the right next step for you.
