با خرید برنامه «درخشش»، شما با این شرایط و ضوابط موافقت میکنید.
«درخشش» یک برنامه آموزشی دیجیتال است. پس از خرید، شما به مدت یک سال از تاریخ خرید به محتوای برنامه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
دسترسی به برنامه صرفاً برای شخص خریدار صادر میشود و قابل انتقال، واگذاری، فروش مجدد یا اشتراکگذاری با دیگران نیست.
اطلاعات ورود به حساب کاربری نباید در اختیار شخص دیگری قرار گیرد.
ماهیت و محدوده برنامه
«درخشش» یک برنامه آموزشی، تجربی و رشد فردی است که توسط ترنج کیوان ارائه میشود.
این برنامه شامل آموزشها، تمرینها، تأملها، چارچوبها و ابزارهایی است که با هدف افزایش خودآگاهی، توسعه ذهنیت، بازنگری شناختی، آشنایی با عملکرد سیستم عصبی و رشد فردی طراحی شدهاند.
در این برنامه، مفاهیم و آموزشهایی مرتبط با «روش منبع عمل™ (Source of Action™)»، «پروتکل روش منبع عمل™ (Source of Action™ Protocol)» و الگوهای رفتاری مبتنی بر بقا معرفی میشوند.
«درخشش» درمان، رواندرمانی یا جایگزینی برای خدمات پزشکی، روانشناختی، روانپزشکی، حقوقی، مالی یا سایر خدمات حرفهای نیست.
ترنج کیوان در این برنامه در جایگاه درمانگر، روانشناس، روانپزشک، پزشک، مشاور مالی، وکیل یا هر نوع متخصص دارای مجوز حرفهای فعالیت نمیکند.
تمامی محتوای این برنامه صرفاً با اهداف آموزشی، تجربی و رشد فردی ارائه میشود.
مسئولیت فردی
با شرکت در این برنامه، شما میپذیرید که مسئولیت کامل سلامت جسمی، روانی، عاطفی، مالی، حرفهای و شخصی خود، همچنین تصمیمها، اقدامات و نتایج حاصل از آنها را بر عهده دارید.
شما مسئول نحوه تفسیر و بهکارگیری مطالب ارائهشده در برنامه هستید.
در صورت نیاز به خدمات پزشکی، روانشناختی، روانپزشکی، حقوقی، مالی یا سایر حمایتهای تخصصی، مسئولیت مراجعه به متخصص واجد شرایط بر عهده خود شما خواهد بود.

تجربه و نتایج هر فرد با فرد دیگر متفاوت است.
هیچ نتیجه مشخص شخصی، عاطفی، مالی، حرفهای، ارتباطی، رفتاری یا تحول فردی از سوی این برنامه وعده داده یا تضمین نمیشود.
مسئولیت نحوه استفاده، تفسیر و بهکارگیری مطالب برنامه کاملاً بر عهده شرکتکننده است.
پذیرش مسئولیت و سلب مسئولیت
با خرید و استفاده از این برنامه، شما داوطلبانه مسئولیت تمامی ریسکهای مرتبط با مشارکت خود را میپذیرید.
در حداکثر حدودی که قانون اجازه میدهد، ترنج کیوان در قبال هرگونه ادعا، خسارت، زیان، هزینه، آسیب یا پیامدی که بهطور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم از شرکت در برنامه یا استفاده از آموزشها، تمرینها، چارچوبها، مفاهیم یا سایر مطالب ارائهشده ناشی شود، مسئولیتی نخواهد داشت.
مالکیت فکری
چارچوب «روش منبع عمل™»، پروتکل «روش منبع عمل™» و تمامی آموزشها، داستانها، مثالها، نمایشها، تمرینها، فایلهای صوتی و تصویری، محتوای نوشتاری، ارائهها، برگههای تمرین، کارتهای بازنگری شناختی / تأییدی، مفاهیم و سایر داراییهای فکری ارائهشده در برنامه «درخشش» متعلق به ترنج کیوان هستند، مگر آنکه خلاف آن اعلام شده باشد.
خرید این برنامه صرفاً مجوزی محدود، غیرانحصاری و غیرقابل انتقال برای استفاده شخصی و آموزشی در اختیار شما قرار میدهد.
استفاده تجاری، حرفهای یا آموزشی از هر بخش برنامه، بازنشر، تکثیر، آموزش، فروش، واگذاری، اقتباس، تولید آثار مشتقشده یا هرگونه استفاده مجدد از مطالب برنامه بدون اجازه کتبی قبلی ترنج کیوان مجاز نیست.
اشتراکگذاری و استفاده از محتوا
شرکتکنندگان میتوانند بخشهای کوتاه، نقلقولها، تصاویر، اسکرینشاتها، تجربههای شخصی، بازخوردها و برداشتهای خود از برنامه را برای اهداف غیرتجاری به اشتراک بگذارند، مشروط بر آنکه در صورت امکان، به ترنج کیوان بهعنوان منبع اشاره شود.
با این حال، اشتراکگذاری بخشهای قابلتوجهی از برنامه، درسهای کامل، ماژولها، فایلهای ضبطشده، تمرینها، داستانها، چارچوبها، پروتکلها، کارتهای بازنگری شناختی / تأییدی، مطالب آموزشی یا فراهم کردن دسترسی برای افرادی که برنامه را خریداری نکردهاند، بدون اجازه کتبی قبلی ترنج کیوان مجاز نیست.
دسترسی به پلتفرم و مسائل فنی
تمام تلاش معقول برای حفظ دسترسی به برنامه در طول دوره دسترسی انجام خواهد شد.
با این حال، دسترسی بدون وقفه به برنامه به دلیل بهروزرسانیهای نرمافزاری، مشکلات فنی، اختلال اینترنت، محدودیتهای پلتفرم، عملیات نگهداری یا سایر شرایط خارج از کنترل معقول تضمین نمیشود.
ترنج کیوان این حق را دارد که در هر زمان بخشهایی از برنامه را بهروزرسانی، اصلاح، بهبود، جایگزین، بازسازماندهی یا متوقف کند.
سیاست بازپرداخت
از آنجا که «درخشش» یک محصول آموزشی دیجیتال است و دسترسی به محتوای آن بلافاصله پس از خرید در اختیار شرکتکننده قرار میگیرد، تمامی خریدها نهایی بوده و امکان بازپرداخت وجه وجود ندارد.
قانون حاکم
این شرایط و ضوابط بر اساس قوانین استان بریتیش کلمبیا در کانادا تنظیم و تفسیر میشوند.
یادداشت
این شرایط و ضوابط برای شفافیت و سهولت دسترسی، به هر دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی ارائه شده است.
نسخه فارسی با هدف انتقال دقیق مفاهیم و شرایط برنامه به فارسیزبانان تهیه شده و نسخه انگلیسی نیز برای شفافیت بیشتر در دسترس است.
هر دو نسخه با هدف انتقال یک مفهوم واحد تنظیم شدهاند. با این حال، در صورت وجود هرگونه اختلاف یا مغایرت در تفسیر دو نسخه، نسخه انگلیسی ملاک خواهد بود.

By purchasing Radiate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Radiate is a digital educational program. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Access is provided solely to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, resold, or distributed.
Login credentials may not be shared with any other individual.
Program Nature and Scope
Radiate is an educational and experiential personal development program offered by Toranj Kayvon.
The program is designed to provide educational content, exercises, reflections, frameworks, and personal development tools intended to support self-awareness, mindset development, cognitive reappraisal, nervous system literacy, and personal growth.
Radiate introduces concepts and educational materials related to the Source of Action™ Framework, the Source of Action™ Protocol, and survival-based behavioral patterns.
Radiate is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, healthcare, legal, financial, or other professional services.
Toranj Kayvon is not acting in the capacity of a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, financial advisor, attorney, or other licensed professional.
All content is provided solely for educational, experiential, and personal development purposes.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in Radiate, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, financial, professional, and personal wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results.
You agree to exercise your own judgment in applying any information presented throughout the program.
If you require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional support, you agree to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified provider.
Results Disclaimer

No specific personal, emotional, financial, professional, relational, behavioral, or transformational outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

Intellectual Property
The Source of Action™ Framework, the Source of Action™ Protocol, and all related teachings, stories, examples, demonstrations, materials, concepts, exercises, recordings, written content, presentations, worksheets, reappraisal/affirmation cards, and intellectual property shared throughout Radiate remain the property of Toranj Kayvon unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, sublicense, sell, share, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any portion of the program or its materials for commercial, educational, or professional purposes without the prior written permission of Toranj Kayvon.
Sharing and Educational Use
Participants are welcome to share brief excerpts, short clips, screenshots, quotations, reflections, testimonials, or personal insights from the program for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to Toranj Kayvon where reasonably possible.
However, participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, teach, sublicense, sell, share substantial portions of the program, complete lessons, complete recordings, modules, exercises, stories, frameworks, protocols, educational materials, reappraisal/affirmation cards, or provide access to non-purchasers without the prior written permission of Toranj Kayvon.
Platform Access and Technology
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to the program throughout the access period.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to software updates, technical issues, internet outages, platform limitations, maintenance requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Toranj Kayvon reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue portions of the program at any time.
Refund Policy
Because Radiate is a digital educational product and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
