Payment and Access

By purchasing Radiate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Radiate is a digital educational program. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Access is provided solely to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, resold, or distributed.

Login credentials may not be shared with any other individual.

Program Nature and Scope

Radiate is an educational and experiential personal development program offered by Toranj Kayvon.

The program is designed to provide educational content, exercises, reflections, frameworks, and personal development tools intended to support self-awareness, mindset development, cognitive reappraisal, nervous system literacy, and personal growth.

Radiate introduces concepts and educational materials related to the Source of Action™ Framework, the Source of Action™ Protocol, and survival-based behavioral patterns.

Radiate is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, healthcare, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Toranj Kayvon is not acting in the capacity of a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, financial advisor, attorney, or other licensed professional.

All content is provided solely for educational, experiential, and personal development purposes.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in Radiate, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, financial, professional, and personal wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results.

You agree to exercise your own judgment in applying any information presented throughout the program.

If you require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional support, you agree to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified provider.

Results Disclaimer

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

No specific personal, emotional, financial, professional, relational, behavioral, or transformational outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

You remain solely responsible for how you choose to interpret, apply, or implement the information provided within the program.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and participating in Radiate, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toranj Kayvon shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs, injuries, or consequences arising from or related to your participation in the program or your use of any information, teachings, exercises, frameworks, materials, or concepts provided.

Intellectual Property

The Source of Action™ Framework, the Source of Action™ Protocol, and all related teachings, stories, examples, demonstrations, materials, concepts, exercises, recordings, written content, presentations, worksheets, reappraisal/affirmation cards, and intellectual property shared throughout Radiate remain the property of Toranj Kayvon unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, sublicense, sell, share, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any portion of the program or its materials for commercial, educational, or professional purposes without the prior written permission of Toranj Kayvon.

Sharing and Educational Use

Participants are welcome to share brief excerpts, short clips, screenshots, quotations, reflections, testimonials, or personal insights from the program for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to Toranj Kayvon where reasonably possible.

However, participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, teach, sublicense, sell, share substantial portions of the program, complete lessons, complete recordings, modules, exercises, stories, frameworks, protocols, educational materials, reappraisal/affirmation cards, or provide access to non-purchasers without the prior written permission of Toranj Kayvon.

Platform Access and Technology

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to the program throughout the access period.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to software updates, technical issues, internet outages, platform limitations, maintenance requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Toranj Kayvon reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue portions of the program at any time.

Refund Policy

Because Radiate is a digital educational product and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
