Refund Policy

Because RADIATE is a digital course, all sales are considered final. This policy protects the integrity of the program, the exclusivity of our content, and the investment made by all participants.

We understand that errors can happen (such as purchasing the wrong course or encountering technical issues). If this occurs, please contact us promptly via the Support email: [email protected]

While refunds or credits are granted solely at our discretion, we are committed to handling such situations fairly.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RADIATE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the program.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in RADIATE after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use RADIATE’s content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not share, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of RADIATE materials without our prior written consent. All rights, title, and interest in the content remain the property of RADIATE and its creators.

RADIATE provides educational and informational content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of RADIATE is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADIATE, its creators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the program

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADIATE, its founders, employees, contractors, and agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation or violation of these Terms.

Code of Conduct

When participating in RADIATE, you agree to:

• Not use RADIATE for unlawful purposes or infringe on the rights of others.

• Treat all community members with respect, refraining from offensive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

Subscription Services and Refunds

If RADIATE or related offerings are provided as subscriptions, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
