Meet Toranj
I'm Toranj Kayvon, creator of the Source of Action™ framework and protocol.
Before I began teaching this work professionally, I spent more than a decade building a career in photography, entrepreneurship, advertising, and film.
During those years, I photographed covers for Forbes and Rolling Stone, created editorials for publications such as Vogue and Elle, and worked alongside actors, entrepreneurs, and public figures operating at the highest levels of their industries. I later went on to act in major film and television productions, including projects for Disney and Amazon.
From the outside, it looked like success.
And in many ways, it was.
But what fascinated me most wasn't success itself.
It was what happened underneath it.
Because the closer I got to people who had achieved extraordinary things, the more I noticed something that challenged everything I had been taught to believe.
Many of the people who seemed to have everything were still struggling.
Some battled self-doubt despite being admired by millions.
Some chased achievement after achievement without ever feeling like they had arrived.
Some lived in a constant cycle of proving, perfecting, performing, and pushing, convinced that the next accomplishment would finally make them feel worthy.
Others carried a completely different energy.
Their confidence wasn't loud.
It wasn't performative.
It didn't depend on outcomes, approval, recognition, or success.
There was a groundedness to them.
A sense of self that remained intact regardless of what happened around them.
Over time, I became obsessed with understanding the difference.
Why do some people remain trapped in cycles of striving, self-criticism, perfectionism, people pleasing, overworking, and self-doubt, while others experience a deeper sense of freedom, self-trust, and fulfillment?
Why do intelligent, capable people continue repeating patterns they can clearly see but struggle to change?
And why does insight alone so rarely create transformation?
Those questions eventually led me into years of study and personal exploration.
I immersed myself in psychology, behavioral change, nervous system regulation, spirituality, shame, self-worth, and non-dual understanding. At the same time, I was confronting many of these patterns within myself.
Behind the achievements that others admired, I knew what it felt like to be driven by perfectionism, self-criticism, and the need to prove my worth.
No amount of accomplishment ever seemed capable of producing the feeling I was actually searching for.
That realization changed the direction of my life.
Today, the Source of Action™ framework brings together the insights that emerged from that journey.
At its core is a simple understanding:
Most people do not struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because automatic patterns continue taking over in the moments that matter most.
When those patterns are no longer running the show, choice becomes available again.
And when choice becomes available, life begins to change.
Today, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of people around the world through live programs, workshops, and private mentorship.
The goal of this work is not perfection.
It is the ability to build a life shaped by choice rather than automatic patterns.
